The menu, too, offers a bit of Americana, as seen in smoky Texas brisket, BBQ baby back ribs, and smoked half-chicken. Be sure to save space for dessert, because the cornbread pudding is a "must-try" ­ it's flavored with lemon cream and a touch of whiskey.
